All goods are dispatched free of defects (unless you have purchased a "second") and each item thoroughly packaged.
If you want peace of mind please insure your purchase.
Changed your mind?
I am happy to exchange any items you purchase for another item of the same value. Any returned items must be in original condition, and within 7 days of receipt.
Return freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless an error was made by Irish Willow supplying incorrect goods, in which case Irish Willow will pay the freight.
Damaged Goods?
All items are packed and shipped free of damage and defects. MadeToWearArt.com is not responsible for damage incurred through shipping. Please consider insuring your purchases against damage.
Should your item arrive damaged please contact me immediately. As all of my pieces are individually hand-made I can endeavour to make a similar piece for you, although as they are handmade,
it will not be identical. An alternative item may be selected to the same value, a credit can be applied to your account, or a full refund can be given.
